Meeting Teens Where They Are

Teenage years can include mood swings, peer pressure, identity exploration and academic stress. We provide a safe, affirming space where teens can express themselves without judgment. Counselling may focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, body image, bullying, self‑esteem, gender identity/expression and more.

Skills for Resilience and Emotional Regulation

Our psychologists use evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT and mindfulness to help teens understand emotions, challenge negative thinking and develop healthy coping strategies. Studies show CBT is effective for managing anxiety and depression, while DBT teaches skills like distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
