Personal Insights:
What inspired you to become a psychologist?
There are many reasons that led me to this profession, but one of the most meaningful is the desire to offer a safe and supportive space for those who may not have one elsewhere. So often, people simply want to be heard—and that’s what I strive to provide in every session.
What is your therapy superpower?
I’d say my therapy superpower is my ability to intuitively adapt to each client’s energy and needs—what I like to call my “Spidey senses.” 😊
What values guide your clinical work?
My practice is grounded in values such as non-judgment, openness, honesty, and creating a sense of safety and security. I also prioritize maintaining a space that is welcoming and unbiased for every client.
How do you define authenticity?
To me, authenticity means being true to who you are and standing firm in your values. It’s about being honest not only with yourself but also with others, and feeling safe enough to show up as your full, unfiltered self.
Favourite quote, metaphor, or philosophy you bring into sessions:
“One step at a time.”

an Authentic Snapshot 🌿
The work I do is deeply inspired by the resilience of the clients I walk alongside—their stories, their healing, and the meaningful shifts they make in their lives. I believe that all change, whether big or small, is growth. My path to becoming a psychologist began through my own lived experience with mental health challenges. I came to understand firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate those struggles without the right tools, support, or self-understanding.
Over time, I’ve witnessed how mental health looks and feels different for everyone. This has shaped my belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is not to direct their journey, but to walk beside them—offering guidance, tools, and encouragement as they reconnect with themselves and take ownership of their healing, both inside and outside of the therapy room.
Healing doesn’t look one way. It can emerge in small moments of self-care, creativity, or rest. For me, it’s in the simple joys—baking something from scratch, getting lost in a good show, or taking a walk to ground myself. These everyday rituals remind me of the power of presence, and I hope to help my clients find what feels nourishing to them too.
Outside of the therapy room, I love watching movies and TV shows, baking, and exploring new experiences that spark creativity and joy. I also enjoy traveling and immersing myself in different cultures—learning how people live, connect, and celebrate around the world is something that deeply inspires me.
